I’ve seen many YouTube videos and articles about Chat GPT. Opinions vary. Some see this as the beneficial first step towards AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and others see it as a digital antichrist. I’m not sure where I fall on this spectrum.

I’ve been using it for several months. I’ll tell you right now, as an author, I’m not worried about being replaced… yet. It is a wonderful tool for plot and character development. Asking it to actually write a story hasn’t worked out at all for me.

I asked it this:

I was pretty impressed with this last one. I put my book blurb for We Happy Few, and this is what it gave me back. And yes, I’m going to use this one!

I’m impressed! I’ll continue to use it. And I look forward to more development. I’ve also been using MidJourney for AI artwork. I’ll post something separate for that topic.
